Pricing typically starts from GHS 25 per pickup for standard bins. The final cost depends on several factors including bin type and quantity, waste type (general, recyclable, organic, e-waste, bulk items), your location, and whether you choose a one-time pickup or subscription plan. Our subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) offer discounted rates. Download the app to get a personalized estimate for your area.

It's simple! First, download the BinGo app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Sign up with your phone number and provide your location and service preferences. Choose between one-time pickups or recurring subscriptions. Select your waste type and bin size, then schedule your pickup. A verified waste collector will be assigned to complete your pickup on the scheduled date. You'll receive real-time notifications and can track your pickup status in the app.

We support multiple convenient payment methods through the app: Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Paystack for card payments, and in-app wallet. For subscription plans, you'll be billed based on your selected plan (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). You only pay for pickups that are actually completed. All payments are secure and you'll receive instant confirmation with receipts available in your app.

While we're not a recycling company ourselves, we partner with recycling specialists and sorting facilities in the value chain to ensure your waste is properly processed and reaches the right destination. We encourage waste separation at source - you can choose different waste types (recyclables, organic, general waste) when requesting pickups through our app. This helps maximize the recycling of valuable materials and reduces landfill waste.

We collect multiple types of waste including: General household waste, Recyclables (plastic, paper, cardboard, glass, metal), Organic/compostable waste, E-waste (electronics, batteries, cables), and Bulk items (furniture, appliances, construction debris).
